Rebekkah Hogan

Rebekkah Hogan earned her Master of Arts degree from Teachers College Columbia University in Anthropology and Education. Her research focuses on issues of identity development in relation to formal and informal systems of education with a special emphasis on the development of gender identity in the Anglophone Caribbean. Other research interests include the effects of immigration and tourism on economic and social development, and display of cultural heritage through parades and festivals. Her work with the Committee on Global Thought includes research on experiential learning, international study and travel and global initiatives in the area of undergraduate education.
